Description: 

"One leaf, on vellum, in latin. Early 16th century, possibly Italian. Red ink small initials. Light-brown ink in the text below the five-line, red ink drawn, staves which contain musical notation. Text and staves are bound by red ink drawn double bars. 432x301 mm., writing surface 346x209 mm. The number 77, in light-brown ink, appears on the right margin of the recto side.
